(1) Vendor needs to provide document remediation solution.– Provide professional digital accessibility remediation services on an as–needed– Accessibility remediation efforts are expected to focus primarily on content maintained within the University's Learning Management System (LMS), including Canvas, and Content Management System (CMS)– Services may be required for digital content maintained in other University systems, repositories, websites, or storage environments based on the needs of individual departments and the nature of the content requiring remediation. Library repositories, CMS–managed content, and LMS/Canvas content have been identified as priority areas– Remediation Services shall improve the accessibility and usability of digital content for individuals using assistive technologies– Improve the accessibility and usability of University digital content for individuals with disabilities and users of assistive technologies– Remediate existing, legacy, and newly created digital content in accordance with the University’s established accessibility standards– Deliver consistent, high–quality remediation supported by human validation and appropriate quality assurance testing.– Provide scalable remediation capacity capable of supporting individual projects, large–volume remediation efforts, and ongoing University needs(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
