DISPOS-9246 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Pickup, Transport, and Disposal of Bio-Hazardous Medical Waste Service - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pickup, transport, and disposal of bio–hazardous medical waste service to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.        – The Contractor shall coordinate with the using locations to ensure smooth regulated medical waste disposal operations and make recommendations to streamline the collection, transfer, storage, and disposal process.– Waste shall include items to gloves, masks, cloths, apparel, needles, syringes, and other items contaminated by blood or bodily fluids generated as the result of accidents, laboratory testing, forensics, contaminated animal waste, medical emergencies, and other sources generating common bio–hazard materials.– Providing a completed bio–hazardous medical waste manifest for the transportation of the biohazardous medical waste. – Contractor shall work with the agencies to supply proper containers based on volume and type of waste to be collected.– The using agency will sign the manifest as the generator of the bio–hazardous medical waste.– Provide disposal of the collected bio–hazardous medical waste at a permitted treatment or disposal facility.– Contractor shall pack on–site, pick–up waste materials that are properly stored in containers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
