CSE-24866 - USA (Little Rock, Arkansas) - RFI for Unarmed Private Security Officer Service - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed private security officer service to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR. – Provide unarmed private security officers is to ensure the safety of staff and clients from harm, protect the property and premises from theft and damage, control access to the site, operate and maintain physical security equipment, identify and report any irregularities, and oversee conduct.– Verify Gates: Walk to all entrance gates to confirm they are secure.– Patrol Grounds: Tour roadways, parking lots, and open areas on foot.– Always remain on–site during assigned shift.– Enforcing state agency security policies and procedures; ensuring contracted security personnel follow applicable laws and internal rules.– Private security officers shall review the previous shift’s logbook entries to understand recent incidents.– Maintain an incident and emergency logbook recording any incidents or emergencies that occur during each shift.(2) Pre–bid site visit will be held on October 13, 2026.
