(1) Vendor needs to provide west campus master plan services to the government authority located in Rochester Hills, MI.– Public services, campus master planning, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, operations planning, and space design to develop a long–range vision and implementation framework for the city west campus of their department of publics services garage.– Existing conditions and needs assessment:– Conduct a full inventory of West Campus structures, including the legacy garage.– Critical infrastructure planning:– Identify the optimal site placement for a new fuel storage tank and fuel pump system.– Site reorganization scenarios:– Placement of a new material storage structure.– Location for a new hook–lift storage building.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
