(1) Vendor needs to provide designated marketing organization services.– Unify all county–funded tourism marketing efforts under a single designated marketing organization (DMO) to ensure consistent branding, strategic promotion, and efficient use of lodging tax funds.– Serve as the exclusive entity responsible for countywide destination marketing and tourism promotion.– Includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, representing county at the state level and coordinating with local stakeholders to promote county as a premier destination for leisure, business, and group travel.– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract both domestic and international visitors.– Generate economic benefits for the local community through tourism–related activities.– Create measurable goals for tourism growth and community engagement.– Maintain transparent financial reporting, including documentation of partnerships and funding contributions. – Submit detailed reports to County outlining activities, outcomes, and reimbursement requests.– Develop and implement a strategic plan for tourism promotion and destination marketing.– Collaborate with the visitor industry to leverage resources and optimize results.– Brand Management. Create and maintain a strong, positive image of the destination.– Event & Conference Attraction(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
