(1) Vendor needs to provide auditorium sound system replace or install service to the government authority located in Coeur d’Alene, ID. – Replace or install a modern, scalable professional sound reinforcement system suitable for touring productions and in–house events. – Design, furnish, and install a comprehensive, modern, professional–grade sound system for agency’s auditorium.– Scope will focus on replacing outdated equipment and improving performance and reliability. • System design and engineering• Equipment supply• Installation and integration• System tuning and commissioning• Documentation and training• The sound system will include:– Main loudspeaker system– Front fills / delays / balcony coverage– Subwoofers– Stage monitors– DSP– Control and monitoring software(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
