(1) Vendor needs to provide managed research services to the government authority located in IA.• Contract review, redline, and negotiation services for corporate funded clinical trial agreements including letters of indemnification, and master clinical trial agreements, according to the terms acceptable under University policies and federal and State of Iowa laws and regulations• Provide on–demand online status of review and negotiations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
