MRB-57299 - USA (Kentucky) - Comprehensive Marketing and Advertising Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive marketing and advertising services. – Provide comprehensive marketing and advertising services surrounding brand and niche marketing campaigns to increase tourism visitation and spending in the commonwealth.– Services may include to developing strategic campaigns, creative concepts and designs for print, digital, television, radio, video, out of home, and other media platforms; paid social media campaigns, multimedia production, research, media strategy, planning and placement. – The commonwealth reserves the right to obtain or retain other outside vendors for advertising and marketing service needs.– Provide advertising and marketing services for projects and initiatives to communicate effectively with the public.– Novelty and printing items may be included in the out–of–pocket production items provided the novelty and printing items are directly related to the marketing campaign.– Develop strategic campaigns for targeted audiences utilizing marketing research, analytics, and trends.– Develop digital content, i.e., videography, photography, graphic design, web design and podcasting.– Provide day–to–day marketing and advertising services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
