(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services for medicare and medicaid cost reports to the government authority located in New York– Provider of auditing services for the county public health services 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029 cost reports.– Develop and distribute a cost report data request packet.– Conduct virtual meetings.– Prepare and maintain a cost report reference manual.– Prepare the agency cost report file.– Prepare a report to management summarizing the agency cost report.– Provide assistance with any revisions, appeals, or audits relative to the cost report.(2) The contract period will be for four years.
