As-needed Large Diameter Sewer Line Cleaning and CCTV Inspection Sevices

The City of Vista and Buena Sanitation District (City) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified professional contractors (Consultant) to provide as-needed sewer line cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection services as needed including but not limited to removing roots, grease, silt and debris from sewer lines through the means of vactoring and jetting, bucketing and video inspection. All proposals received by the due date will be evaluated in accordance with applicable provisions of the Vista Municipal Code (VMC) and the City will select the contractor based on the best value, not on the lowest responsible respondent.
