(1) Vendor needs to provide fiduciary advisor service for deferred compensation plan to the government authority located in Bridgeport, CA.  – Provide independent fiduciary advisory services for the county's retirement plans.– Project is to obtain ongoing independent fiduciary advisory services that support the county in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities, maintaining prudent oversight of its retirement plans, and providing competitive retirement benefits for county employees.– The county currently utilizes empower retirement as its recordkeeper and seeks an independent fiduciary advisor to provide objective investment oversight, governance support, vendor evaluation, fee benchmarking, and strategic guidance regarding the administration of the county's retirement plans.– Prudent fiduciary oversight, monitoring investments and fees, supporting governance and– Committee activities, evaluating service providers, improving participant outcomes, and– Ensuring the plans continue to reflect industry best practices.– Investment policy statement development and periodic review.– Fiduciary committee support, governance guidance, and fiduciary training.– Quarterly review of plan investments, fees, and service providers.– Benchmarking of investment and administrative fees.– Evaluation of recordkeeper performance and other retirement plan vendors.
