NET-17133 - USA (Parkway, Missouri) - E-Rate Consulting Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate consulting services to the government authority located in Parkway, MO.1. Vendor to advise Parkway on the eligibility of E–Rate products and services at the beginning of each funding year.2. Vendor to review the District’s agency compliance documentation. If needed provide advice, templates, or direction to comply with the Children in the 21st Century Act to address the student education about appropriate online behaviorand cyberbullying awareness.3. Vendor to review and adjust all sites and student counts to align with state information to be uploaded into agency at the beginning of each funding year. This may include creating survey template(s) if needed.4. Vendor to review RFPs, contracts, and correspondences regarding E–Rate. This may include the creation and oradjustment of District RFP’s to be filed in conjunction with Form 470 postings.5. Vendor to create bid evaluation templates per service/request to standardize all bid assessments.6. Vendor to submit all required Forms per application funding year for both Category 1 & Category (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
