EXTRA-74314 - USA (Thomson, Georgia) - Recreation Concession Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation concession services to the government authority located in Thomson, GA.– Recreation personnel will provide game and practice schedules to the vendor as soon as they are finalized at the beginning of each sports season.– The selected concessionaire (“Operator”) will be responsible for:• Selling approved concession items to patrons during agreed operating hours.• Staffing the concession area with trained personnel.• Providing all products, supplies, and equipment needed unless otherwise specified.• Managing payment processing (cash/credit/contactless) and providing receipts as required.• Provide adequate staffing during peak periods and events.• Ensure staff are professional, courteous, and trained in safe handling practices.• Maintain reasonable wait times and restock inventory appropriately.• Proper trash handling and removal to designated roll carts.• Use an off–site licensed/permitted facility for preparation for catering.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
