(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial driver’s license training services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training services and instructions under the guidance of the Workforce Institute (WFI).– Provide 20 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) eligible District of Columbia residents for a comprehensive CDL training program. – Provide a minimum of 160 hours (CDL A) and 120 hours (CDL B) of training over a six–week period.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
