(1) Vendor needs to provide districtwide student photography and yearbook services. – Provide quality, administration, delivery, and availability of photography and yearbook services across its schools while maintaining age–appropriate services and school–specific flexibility.– Individual Student Photographs:• Photograph individual students during scheduled school photo sessions.• Provide multiple professionally composed poses or image options when feasible.• Provide families with the opportunity to purchase individual student photo packages.• Provide secure online ordering.– Class Photographs:• Take a class photograph for each participating homeroom or class.• Provide an electronic version of each class photograph to the school.– Faculty and Staff Photographs:• A whole faculty and staff photograph at participating schools.– Candid and Event Photography:• Photographs of performances, athletics, clubs, ceremonies, or special events.• Clearly organized and labelled digital image collections.– Student Identification and Data Matching:• Matching photographs to student names and identification numbers.• Processing student data securely.• Correcting incorrectly matched or mislabelled photographs.– Family Ordering and Customer Service:• A secure online ordering platform.• Clear instructions for families.– Digital Image Delivery:• High–resolution individual student photographs.• Images formatted for yearbook production and school use.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
