DEBT-2140 - USA (Washington) - Collection Agency Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency services to the government authority located in WA.– Provide collection agency services as well as remit funds collected, remit payments received: daily for parking; weekly for other: Civicgov, Alarms, Airport, Code Enforcement, Stays, Utilities, Misc.– The Contractor shall perform services as described but not limited to the following:• Verification of Debtor identity• Delinquent Debt Collection• Perform legal actions to recover moneys owed on accounts assigned to the Contractor including but are not limited to the following:o Small Claims Courto Garnishmentso Judgment transcriptiono Civil penalty recording• Training related to the use of Contractor systems where applicable and interpretation of system notes, codes, processes, and other items requested by the Authorized Purchaser related to Contractor systems and/or data• Reporting including the following:o Legal reporting detailing actions and including but not limited to:– Notice of Entry of Judgement in a Small Claims action– Notice of Lien Entry– Writ of garnishments– Debt calculationso Account status reports;o Account payment reports;o Account returned/cancelled reports;o Reconciliation of account activity; ando Other reports as indicated by the Authorized Purchaser in the Service Order Contract.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026
