(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional design and development services for EV fundamentals and high voltage safety include; a synced syllabus, detailed weekly course schedule, pre and post course surveys, microsoft PowerPoint presentation lecture deck, student handouts, detailed weekly labs, homework assignments, quizzes, exams, (the quizzes and exams must be technician style questions, samples questions will be provided), and a final course project to the government authority located in Macomb, MI.– students to electric vehicle technologies, electrified transportation systems, and high–voltage safety practices used in the automotive industry. Topics include EV architectures, charging systems, electrical fundamentals, personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, high–voltage system isolation, and emergency response procedures.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
