EXTRA-79307 - USA (Chelsea, Massachusetts) - Combined Sewer Overflows Monitoring and Measurement Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide combined sewer overflows monitoring and measurement services to the government authority located in Chelsea, MA.– Continuous monitoring at the CSO location.– Review of flow monitoring data for quality assurance.– Host data on a web–based platform for city access and review.– Monthly flow monitoring reports.– CSO activation calculations as needed.– Continuous 24/7 monitoring at all three locations to detect the initiation of CSO overflow events.– Monitoring shall be accomplished by means of level monitors, depth monitors, flow monitors, velocity monitors, and/or pressure monitors installed at the weir wall of each CSO site.– A live rain gauge shall also be installed within the city limits on public/city owned property.– Permanent power is not available at any of the flow monitoring sites.– Contractor is responsible for on–site measurements and shall not rely on as–built drawings for the determination of pipe geometry or slopes.– Flow monitoring equipment, web–based data, and all other related appurtenances shall be installed and operational within 30 calendar days following the issuance of the notice to proceed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
