CONS-22931 - USA (Missoula, Montana) - Master Planning and Building Improvements Service - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide master planning and building improvements service to the government authority located in Missoula, MT.    – The evaluation noted that the exterior of the building is in deteriorating condition, needing exterior improvements such as roofing, siding, and painting. In addition to these findings, the clubhouse does not have internal connection between the pro–shop, the food and beverage caddy shack for the general public, forcing them to go out and around the building to access the food and beverage caddy shack.– Project will carry through into construction drawings for selected projects following the master planning phase.– The master plan shall clearly lay out the proposed work in a phased approach.    – Site plans that clearly indicate proposed improvements and new builds as applicable– Construction administration services – Planning and construction experience.– Construction projects on an occupied site.– Review of construction contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
