(1) Vendor needs to provide recruiting marketing package services including lead management system development, marketing campaign execution, training, and strategic consultation.– Digital Engagement: Social media reach, impressions, views, and audience sentiment– Financial Metrics: Budget burn rates, cost–per–lead (CPL), and cost–per–acquisition (CPA).– Local SEO Listing Performance: Breakdowns of business directory views, clicks, and calls on a per–location basis.– Location Finder & Landing Pages: The Contractor shall host, design, and maintain a centralized “Recruiting Location Finder“ web tool on website and twelve (12) dedicated SEO–optimized landing pages.– Website & Social Media Operations: Securely host and update the website (99.9% uptime, 5–day SLA for approved content updates) and manage approved social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).(2) Contact term will be for one year.
