(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based candidate screening and assessment platform.– Provide a secure, comprehensive candidate screening and assessment platform.– A secure, commercially available, web–based candidate screening and assessment platform that enables authorized judiciary personnel to independently create, administer, manage, score, and report on candidate assessments.– Provide tools allowing the judiciary to develop, customize, administer, and maintain assessments that support a variety of positions throughout.– Allow authorized judiciary personnel to create, edit, manage, duplicate, and administer assessments without routine assistance.– Reporting and data management the platform shall provide reporting capabilities that allow authorized judiciary personnel to evaluate candidate performance and administer recruitment activities.– Provide configurable assessment settings including scoring methodologies, passing thresholds, time limits, eligibility requirements, and other administrative controls.– Maintain reusable question banks and assessment content.– Include all routine software maintenance, updates, security patches, and system enhancements necessary to maintain platform functionality and security.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26,2026.
