(1) Vendor needs to provide fully managed solution for POE+ LAN switches.• Fully managed solution for POE+ LAN switches will be accessible to contracting authority’s network devices including servers, staff laptops, printers and other peripherals.• Solution backups, management and monitoring platforms.• Maintain configuration backups for core and edge switches.• Troubleshoot network issues affecting this equipment.• Test the resilience of the switch infrastructure, including documented evidence of procedures, timelines and processes.• Provide a designated 24/7/365 support desk for all switch–related issues.• Assume full responsibility for ensuring the high availability and reliable operation of the core and edge switches.• Apply recommended software patches to maintain the security of switches and associated systems.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
