CLEANING-13777 - USA (Alabama) - Janitorial Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Alabama. • All trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed toa collection point. Replace liner and damp wipe receptacle if needed. (Liners to be furnished by ADPH.)• Vacuum all carpeting, including carpet mats, in traffic lanes.• Clean and polish drinking fountain/water dispenser.• Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces: including desktops, telephones, files, windowsills, chairs, table Sandall manner of furnishing in above named areas. Damp wipe as needed.• Break Room; Damp wipe tables, chairs. Counter, exterior of appliances, and sink. Check walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks and remove as necessary.• Dustmop hard surface floors with anon–treated dust mop.• Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage or soiled areas.• Stock towels, tissue, and hand soap. (To be supplied by ADPH.)• Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and damp wipe with disinfectant.• Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed.• Clean and polish mirrors.
