(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting, development, maintenance, and support services using content management system.– Service provider is hereby instructed to install and deploy the municipality’s website onto the designated hosting environment or server, ensuring full functionality, integrity, and performance.– Website size:– The total website size is estimated between 30 GB and 40 GB, including all content, media, and downloadable resources.– The website consists of:– published departmental sections.– 152 web pages.– Media and content:– 23,483 media items (images, videos, embedded content, etc.).– 1,677 downloadable documents.– Installation requirements:– Ensure complete and accurate migration of all website components, including:– Media libraries.– Downloadable documents.– Web pages.– Database content.– Maintain data integrity and file structure consistency during transfer and deployment.– Database services (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).– Required runtime environments (e.g., PHP, .NET, CMS platform).– High–performance dedicated server or cloud–based infrastructure.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
