(1) Vendor needs to provide shared ride and on–demand service software. – Provide turnkey service utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) to manage the operations of the agency shared ride/on–demand service – Provide a turnkey service with a focus on a dedicated and non–dedicated fleet, reservation services, and management of any subcontractors.– The SaaS platform must be able to integrate with agency to allow for booking trips and shall collect at a minimum trip data such as latitude and longitude coordinates, fare, pick–up and arrival time, ridership statistics, pooling data, cancellation data, trip duration, travel distance, and wait time, trip purpose, rider satisfaction, surge pricing, and incident reports. – Provide a dedicated fleet to provide wheelchair accessible trips and a non–dedicated provider (TNC) as a customer option to meet the current demand that reflects ridership trends.• Technology requirements:– Open API architecture– Deep API based integration with TNCs for estimates and bookings.– To ensure secure API interactions, all APIs must implement OAuth 2.0 authentication for robust security, protecting against unauthorized access and data breaches.– Contextual trip plan results through APIs.– Client–side API user account context to include opt–in status to service pools, including TNC service pool.– Shapefile presentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
