(1) Vendor needs to provide inspection services to the government authority located in Lauderdale Lakes, FL.– Provide and increase high quality housing opportunities for county residents through effective and responsive management and responsible stewardship of public and private funds.– The contractor will furnish sufficient organization, personnel, and management staff with the necessary skill and judgment to perform all duties and responsibilities normally associated with the inspection function including scheduling, notification, inspections, quality control, and reporting. – The contractor shall ensure all inspections meet requirements, local housing codes, and housing authority policies.  (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
