(1) Vendor needs to provide youth mental health services to the government authority located in Alaska.• Conduct behavioral health workforce, credentialing, and training landscape analysis across state. • Serve as primary point of contact for external partners related to planning, including state agencies, associations, training providers, and workforce entities• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations• Draft service–to–career pathway models and youth mental health corps (YMHC) member role concepts• Support planning and facilitation of YMHC–focused AmeriCorps convenings• Draft assigned components of the YMHC Implementation Plan and supporting materials• Participate in regular check–in meetings with Serve Alaska staff(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 17, 2026.
