HEALTH-10510 - USA (Bristol, Tennessee) - Physical Therapy Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide physical therapy services to the government authority located in Bristol, TN.                • Students enrolled in Schools;  • Parentally placed private school students eligible through an Individual Services Plan  • Homeschooled students eligible for services under applicable federal and state regulations• Students participating in Extended School Year services; and  • Other students for whom agency is responsible under agency and law.  – Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who hold all licenses, registrations, certifications, and credentials required.– Personnel shall provide physical therapy evaluations, reevaluations, direct and indirect physical therapy services, consultation, documentation, participation in eligibility and agency     processes, and other related activities necessary to support the identification, planning, and delivery of special education services.• Full–time Physical Therapists • Part–time Physical Therapists • Physical Therapy Assistants • Physical Therapy Evaluations and Reevaluations • Evaluation–Only Services • Extended School Year (ESY) Services – Actual staffing levels may vary based on student needs, district enrollment, and available funding.(2) The contract period will be one year.
