The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Second Tajikistan Water Resources and Irrigation Management Improvement Project (TWRIMP2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to make payments under the contract for the "Reconstruction of the Sebiston-Dangara water pipeline 17.6 km in Khatlon region". 2. The Project Management Unit (PMU) under ALRI hereby invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the “Reconstruction of the Sebiston-Dangara water pipeline 17.6 km in Khatlon region” 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using an Invitation to Bid (ITB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services by World Bank Borrowers under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants , published in January 2025 (the "Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
