(1) Vendor needs to provide social–emotional learning and life skills services to the government authority located in Downey, CA. – Direct services program coordinates educational and social–emotional case management services for youth in agency across all five county supervisorial districts. – Program data show that academic achievement, social–emotional learning, and well–being and life skills are the most common areas of need, while career and postsecondary milestones are achieved more often than academic milestones.– Provide standards–aligned and life skills services for at–promise youth in foster care ages 11–21. – Services should be trauma–informed, culturally responsive, and evidence–based, with the goal of improving youth engagement and progress toward identified academic, social–emotional, well–being, life skills, career, and postsecondary goals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28,2026.
