(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise translation management system. – Provide ideal enterprise Translation Management System (TMS) can support multilingual content creation, translation and localization, post–editing and proofing with workflow automation and human experts for compliance.– Automatic website translation and Drupal integration.– Platform should also have an order management portal and interface to enable unique workspaces for unique user groups with different permissions while enabling workflow templates to automate coordination of basic translation requests.– Unlimited languages and variants, projects, users, and workspaces.– Translation Memory (TM) with real–time updates, match levels.– Automated Quality Assurance (QA) checks (linguistic, formatting, style).– Transcription and OCR capabilities for multimedia and rich content.– Built in access to human vendors including linguists, freelance translators, and agencies.– Ability to assign tasks by skillset, language pair, domain, or availability.– Real–time dashboards and detailed report.– Cloud–based, multi–tenant SaaS architecture.– Order management portal should also enable cost estimates and management in support of potential internal billing and charge backs for larger projects.– Allow the translation coordinator to focus efforts on larger and special projects as well as overall TMS management.  – Customizable workspaces for internal teams, partners, and vendors.– Project post–editing and proofing features should include real–time collaboration (i.e. comments, chat, versioning).– SSO and user provisioning via SAML.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
