RS-1484 - USA (Carson, Nevada) - Record Storage Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide record storage services to the government authority located in Carson, NV. – Provide secure, climate–controlled offsite document and medical record storage, management, and courier services for agency.• Facility:– The temperature in the space or facility that is used to store records that are kept on paper or microfilm must be between 65 degrees Fahrenheit and 75 degrees Fahrenheit.• Transportation:– Contractor shall pick up all boxes, as pre–scheduled by agency and transport the boxes to the contractor’s premises for deposit onto storage equipment sturdy enough to hold all boxes.– Vehicles used for deliveries must be monitored by GPS and are required to report to agency at the completion of the delivery or pick up.– Contractor’s personnel removing records shall provide agency with a signed written receipt for medical records picked up and/or removed.• Records access:– Offer a computerized medical records inventory tracking system and audit trail and make on–request reports available to agency’s designated staff. – The computerized system should also allow the designated agency staff to request records, manage accounts and other related actions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
