CONS-22804 - USA (Oxford, Ohio) - Instrumentation and Process Control Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide instrumentation and process control service to the government authority located in Oxford, OH.– The agency designated staff shall serve as the Time and Material (T&M) Work Coordinator and will oversee the Work and all questions concerning the Work.– The work will consist of:• Installation, repair, replacement, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation devices, including temperature, pressure, flow, level devices.• Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote I/O panels, control panels, relays, power supplies, and associated control hardware.• Configuration, programming, troubleshooting, and modification of PLCs, human machine interfaces (HMIs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), distributed control systems (DCS), and industrial communication networks.• Installation, repair, testing, calibration, and replacement of control valves, valve actuators, dampers, positioners, transmitters, switches, and associated field devices.• Loop checks, signal verification, calibration documentation, and control sequence verification.• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic control systems associated with central utility plants, chiller plants, geothermal systems, steam and hot water systems, electrical distribution systems, renewable energy systems, and campus infrastructure.• Emergency response services for instrumentation and control system failures as requested by the University.• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, configuration, programming, and optimization services for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems utilized by the University, including but not limited to Wonderware/agency and Ignition SCADA platforms.• Contractors must demonstrate experience with Wonderware/ agency System Platform, Ignition SCADA, Allen–Bradley PLCs, Siemens BAS integration, industrial Ethernet networks, and virtualization environments.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026
