Term Contract for Fiber Optic Cables & ITS Systems

The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, transportation and incidentals necessary to furnish fiber optic cable and ITS systems. Authorization for services by the successful Contractor (s) under this Agreement shall be in the form of written Purchase Orders issued and executed by the County on an as needed basis. Authorization for delivery will be in the form of written Purchase Orders issued and executed by the County. County makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available orders during the life of the contract. ** Multiple vendors may be selected for award of this solicitation. Work will be assigned per quote results.
