(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based jail management system.– Provide, implement, and support a cloud–based solution hosted in authorized environment, together with the associated professional services.– Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a part of the JMS solution. – A single Gov cloud–based software solution for a Jail Management System that will perform the following functions:– Inmate Management for the County Jail– Warrant Processing– Civil Processing– Squad Car Mobile Functionality– Technical specifications for the acquisition, hosting, implementation and configuration of the Gov cloud–based Jail Management System.– Professional services for the ongoing maintenance of the Gov cloud–based JMS.– Professional services for the future integration of additional features and modules.– Training for internal staff and administrators.– The Gov cloud–based solution, hosted in authorized environment, fully meets the minimum Information Technology (IT) security requirements for the transmission, processing, and storage of Criminal Justice Information Services data.– Demonstrate experience delivering Gov cloud–based custom software development, configuration, integration, implementation, and enhancement services for enterprise–level solutions comparable in scope, scale, and complexity to the County’s environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
