Vendor needs to provide radios supplies to the government authority located in McMinnville, TN. – To procure, program, and deploy new communications equipment for seven volunteer fire departments to improve emergency response, firefighter safety, and interoperability across agencies.• 131 portable radios • 40 mobile radios • Associated accessories, programming, and training – These radios will replace outdated analog equipment and allow full integration.• Furnishing of all portable and mobile radios • All required accessories • Programming of radios to agency standards • Installation of mobile radios in fire department vehicles • System testing and verification • On–site training for fire department personnel – All equipment must be delivered, installed, and placed into full operation to provide a complete communications system in accordance with the intent of this project.
