(1) Vendor needs to provide co–occurring substance use and mental health disorders service to the government authority located in Washington, OR. – Provider to deliver community–based support groups for county residents with co–occurring substance use and mental health disorders.– Provide community–based support groups for individuals with co–occurring substance use and mental health disorders, to support recovery and mental health wellness among county residents.– The provider will organize, promote and conduct training and community events with the goal of establishing new groups– Serve a minimum of 1,000 participants each fiscal year;– Organize, promote, and conduct, a minimum of 5 co–occurring substance use and mental health disorder support groups each week in county;– Ensure that support groups and training are conducted by individuals with lived substance use and mental health disorder experience;– Develop written participant support policies and procedures, available to county upon request;– Provide services that are evidence–based and/or follow promising practices for the delivery of co–occurring substance use and mental health disorder support groups;– Develop and implement quality assurance and quality improvement processes to improve the quality of services progressively;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
