(1) Vendor needs to provide venue services for state conference on volunteerism and administration to the government authority located in Illinois– Venue in city to hold the state conference on volunteerism & administration on the dates of October 8 & 9, 2026. – On October 8th, access to the venue would be required beginning at 12PM and need through 4PM on October 9th. – Conference will take place on October 9th from 9AM – 3:30PM. – Venue must have a meeting room with a capacity of 200 people for presentation style meeting, round tables, chairs, a screen projector, podium, and audio (2 microphones), plus power supply for up to 3 laptops.– Venue must offer a buffet style lunch including 2 entrees, 2 sides, 1 dessert, bread option and tea/lemonade/water/soda.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website
