(1) Vendor needs to provide background check services to the government authority located in Oklahoma.– Provide accurate, economical, and timely delivered services for pre–employment and post–offer checks as indicated.– Coordinate with designated University Human Resources contacts responsible for initiating and managing background screening requests – Provide user training, system documentation, and updated procedures whenever system upgrades impact functionality or user experience. – Provide secure, electronic methods for the University to request, track, and receive background screening results, including an online portal. – The supplier shall perform pre–employment and post–offer background checks at both national and state levels, including but not limited to:– Criminal felony searches. – Misdemeanor searches. – Social Security Number (SSN) trace. – Social Security Number (SSN) validation. – Office of Inspector General (OIG) Exclusion Search. – Sex Offender Registry Search. – Social Medical Screening. – Drug Screening. – Provide completed pre–employment and post–offer background checks within seventy–two (72) hours whenever possible.
