TRANSPORT-11763 - USA (Pittsburgh, New York) - Pre-School Transportation Services - Deadline August 20,2026

Vendor needs to provide pre–school transportation services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, NY. – The Contractor shall not deviate from a planned route or change the pick–up time of a child without prior notice to the parent of each affected child on that route.– Each vehicle shall carry a current schedule of all regular stops and a list of all riders.– The Contractor shall make appropriate contingency arrangements for the continued pick–up and delivery of children in accordance with established schedules in the event of vehicle breakdown or unforeseen emergency (i.e. back–up bus, detailed maps for substitute drivers, etc.)– A child may not spend more than one hour and 30 minutes on the bus traveling to or from school (excludes shuttle bus travel time). The agency must approve any exceptions to this limit. – All drivers and aides will be courteous and helpful to each child under his or her supervision at all times.
