(1) Vendor needs to provide irrigation and grounds maintenance services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.• Provide maintenance services and repairs for a variety of grounds maintenance and irrigation systems• The Park and Recreation and Aviation Departments currently utilize multiple different agreements to provide services, preventative maintenance, and repairs for irrigation systems, ponds, aerators, fountains, and wet wells, and back flow preventors.• The City is seeking to establish agreements with vendors who are timely, have technical expertise, have demonstrated reliability in service, and can provide competitive pricing(2) The contract period will be for one year.
