CSE-25003 - USA (Littleton, Colorado) - Security Electronics Maintenance and Support Services - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security electronics maintenance and support services to the government authority located in Littleton, CO. – Provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and advisory services for the security electronics systems at agency. – This includes cameras (CCTV), door controls (PLC & HMI), intercoms, paging and all supporting equipment and infrastructure.• Maintenance and support:– Preventative maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections, testing, cleaning and diagnostics on all security electronics equipment.– Corrective maintenance: Respond to and resolve system faults, device failures, and operationalissues.– Emergency support: Provide 24/7 on–call support for critical system outages or security events.• Advisory and parts replacement: – Parts Assessment: Regularly assess the condition and expected lifespan of all major system components (cameras, intercoms, PLCs, HMIs, amplifiers, UPS, network switches, etc.).– Replacement planning: Advise the agency on recommended replacement schedules and budgets for aging or high–failure–rate components, referencing industry best practices and site–specific failure data.– Spare parts inventory: Recommend and help maintain an appropriate inventory of critical spare parts.• System support requirements:– Maintain support for existing systems: All maintenance and upgrades must preserve full functionality of existing systems and integrations.– Integration: Ensure continued integration between cameras, door controls, intercoms, and access control systems.– Training: Provide on–site training for agency staff on system operation, troubleshooting and basic maintenance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
