CLEANING-13964 - USA (Huntington Beach, California) - Yards Janitorial Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide yards janitorial services to the government authority located in Huntington Beach, CA.• The City shall provide the following supplies for use at City facilities:– Paper towel dispenser rolls and folded paper towels;– Toilet paper;– Toilet seat covers;– Trash receptacle liners; and– Soap for City facility dispensers• Daily Service – All Areas (Monday Through Friday):1. Wipe clean all desks and office furniture.2. Dust and soft rag buff all public counters.3. Vacuum all floors.4. Mop and clean all spills on all hard floors.5. Empty all trash containers.6. Replace container liners daily in restrooms, kitchenettes, cafeteria, staff lounge, offices and common lobbyareas.7. Clean and polish all drinking fountains.8. Clean all first–floor glass, interior and exterior, lobby, and main passageway, including doors.9. Maintain janitorial closets and storage areas in a clean and tidy manner.10. Secure all exterior doors and turn off all but security night lighting.11. Upon completion of each shift or work period, remove and properly dispose of all trash and debris generatedby the Contractor’s operations(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–Bid Meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
