Vendor needs to provide park improvements and clean–up services to the government authority located in Conroe, TX. – Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, disposal and incidentals necessary to complete the improvements and clean–up work at agency. – Work shall include pond cleaning, fountain repairs, pathway and bridge repairs, bench replacement, shade structure maintenance, and lighting inspection.• Pond cleaning and treatment: Skim the large pond and remove floating debris, vegetation, and other unwanted material.• Cable railing and fountain area cleaning: – Pressure wash the cable railing to remove lichens and accumulated buildup. – Inspect and secure loose cable railing as necessary.• Fountain inspection and repair:– Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair the center fountains. – Work shall address non–operational spouts, bubbling issues, and the spillway that is not properly spilling over.• Pathway and bridge repairs:– Inspect wooden pathways and bridge areas for damaged or broken boards. – Remove and replace broken boards with materials suitable for exterior use and compatible with the existing construction.• Bench replacement:– Remove existing steel benches as directed by the agency and furnish and install ten new benches.• Shade post maintenance: Pressure wash existing shade structure posts to remove dirt, mildew, lichens, and other buildup.• Shade sail replacement: Provide pricing for the purchase and installation of new shade sails.• Park lighting: Inspect and test existing park lighting to verify proper operation.
