STAFF-17078 - USA (Arkansas) - 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline Centers Services - Budget - Up to 325,000 USD - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide 988 suicide and crisis lifeline centers services to the government authority located in Arkansas.– Expand staffing capacity, strengthen in–state answer rates, and enhance quality assurance for 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline calls, chats, and texts.– Requires states to maintain or exceed a ninety percent (90%) in–state answer rate, ensure rapid response times, and provide crisis services across all three (3) modalities: calls, chat, and text. Centers must maintain accreditation through approved national bodies and meet federal standards for data reporting, quality assurance, workforce competency, and documentation.– Hire and train full–time crisis counselors dedicated to 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline operations.– Maintain accreditation through the International Council for Helplines, the American Association of Suicidology, or the Commission on Accreditation and Rehabilitation Facilities.– Ensure all crisis counselors are trained in suicide risk assessment, crisis de–escalation, collaborative safety planning, and documentation across calls, chats, and texts.– Maintain written policies address staff wellness, emotional readiness, stress management, and fitness for duty.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
