(1) Vendor needs to provide executive director performance evaluation consultant service to the government authority located in Lake Oswego, OR. – Developing evaluation instruments and obtaining input from the executive director, the board, and direct reports.– Develop or recommend an appropriate evaluation survey, checklist, interview protocol, or other assessment instrument, aligned to the evaluation criteria adopted.– Prepare a self–evaluation template and provide instructions, forms, and other materials to facilitate the executive director’s participation.– Distinguishing evaluative feedback from allegations requiring separate investigation.– Conducting confidential interviews with senior staff or executive direct reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
