ESTATE-12006 - USA (Atlanta, Georgia) - Private Property Management Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide private property management services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.• The Property Manager shall provide comprehensive property management, occupancy administration, resident services, security oversight, and regulatory compliance functions necessary to ensure the successful operation of the property.• Implement, track, and report compliance of several initiatives, including elderly/disabled intake ratio, work/program compliance, minimum rent, income disregard standard deductions.• Provide excellent customer service to ensure that every resident is treated with dignity and respect.• Ensure accurate rent calculations for each household and enforce timely collection of rentals income.• Maintain property security to include conducting enhanced criminal screening at intake and recertification, using visitor management systems to control access, managing video surveillance, and providing dedicated 24–hour security/concierge support.• Identify and properly address reasonable accommodation requests and document resolution on logs and in resident files, via attending Accessibility Reporting Training and becoming proficient using the Housing Accessibility Reporting platforms.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
