(1) Vendor needs to provide creative agency services for campaign management.– Develop and implement a communications plan for all users of the outdoors, including a public awareness campaign: to increase awareness of outdoor recreation opportunities for all; to increase awareness and care for the fragile and precious environment where outdoor recreation takes place; to encourage responsible enjoyment of the outdoors.– Develop a nationally consistent campaign platform that translates behavioural insight into a compelling public–facing campaign. – Develop a complete campaign identity system to support national and local implementation. – Responsible for the development, production and delivery of campaign assets. – Organic, earned, paid and partner communications; – Media planning approach; – Video and audio–visual content; – Multi–partner branding.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
