(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive medical services to the government authority located in Dublin, CA.– Provide comprehensive health care services for justice–involved individuals housed at the facility, including preventative services– Intake mental health screening and referral – contractor must conduct the initial mental health initial screening at intake for all justice–involved individuals, in accordance with receiving screening and mental health services standards– Mental Health Treatment Responsibility staff is responsible for mental health care after intake screening, including ongoing assessment, counselling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care, and prescribing of psychotropic medications.(2) A mandatory site walk through and bidders conference will be held on November 12,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
