(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive title search and closing services to the government authority located in Portland, ME.– Conduct title examinations and real estate closings in the state.– Perform all necessary title research, identify and resolve title issues, prepare all closing documentation, coordinate the transaction between the buyer and seller, facilitate the closing, and record all required documents.– Title Examination: Perform a comprehensive title examination, including a complete title search and title commitment.– Escrow: Perform the customary escrow services, including holding funds in escrow and disbursing closing proceeds.– Coordination with surveyor.– Closing and settlement services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
